Aiello Family Chiropractic

Dr. Gene Aiello — Chiropractor

Dr. Gene Aiello, D.C. is a chiropractic physician in Franklin, TN with over 25 years of experience. Founder of Aiello Family Chiropractic, he specializes in Functional Chiropractic Neurology, Cold Laser Therapy, and integrative care including massage therapy, home exercises, and environmental medicine. A published author and researcher, Dr. Aiello developed the Cold Laser Neurologic Tuning Technique, advancing cold laser therapy as a neurologic treatment model.

Michele Muller, B.S., M.S., L.M.T. — Licensed Massage Therapist & Reiki Practitioner

Michelle is a licensed massage therapist and Reiki practitioner with over 25 years of experience helping clients find balance, stress relief, and improved well-being. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cross-Cultural Studies from Empire State College and a Master’s degree in Integrative Health and Healing from The Graduate Institute in Bethany, Connecticut.

For 16 years, Michelle provided massage therapy and Reiki services at Northern Dutchess Hospital in New York’s Hudson River Valley. During that time, she worked with patients in the Orthopedic Med-Surg Unit, the Neugarten Birth Center, and the Outpatient Clinic, offering care and support across diverse settings.

With 25 years of massage experience and 22 years of Reiki practice, Michelle brings both skill and compassion to every session. She specializes in deep tissue massage, integrating her extensive background in holistic health to help clients release tension, restore energy, and achieve lasting relaxation.

Liana Russo B.A., M.S.O.M., Dipl.O.M. L.Ac.,—Licensed Acupuncturist & Practitioner of Chinese Medicine

Liana is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner with 10 years of experience. She is dedicated to helping clients find relief from pain, chronic illness, and emotional stress through individualized, integrative care. She holds a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from an integrative medical college in California, with advanced training in Japan, at Benioff Children’s Hospital in San Francisco, and through apprenticeships in Japanese Meridian Therapy and Esoteric Acupuncture.

With additional certifications in herbal medicine, trauma healing, sound and energetic therapies, and a background in Western biological sciences, Liana bridges traditional wisdom with modern understanding. She offers acupuncture (Classical Chinese, TCM, Japanese & Esoteric styles) along with cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, nutritional counseling, and Medical Qi Gong.

Now based in Nashville, Liana is deeply grateful to share her passion for holistic healing with the community, providing a space for restoration, balance, and transformation.

Amy Gresl B.S., M.S.O.M., L.Ac.—Licensed Acupuncturist

Amy Gres is a licensed acupuncturist in Tennessee and nationally certified with the NCBHM. She earned her Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine and Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from the Midwest College of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in Wisconsin (2010).

With over a decade of experience, Amy has provided thousands of treatments in both private practice and corporate clinic settings, working with patients of all ages—from children to seniors. She has pursued advanced training in Functional Medicine, YNSA Scalp Acupuncture (for stroke, Parkinson’s, and other neurological disorders), the BioMechanics Method of Corrective Exercise, and acupuncture techniques for eye diseases.

Beyond her clinical work, Amy is a proud mother of three grown children and grandmother of four. She enjoys swimming, hiking, biking, weightlifting, and dancing, and is passionate about healthy living. In her free time, she can often be found tuned into health podcasts or Christian talk shows.
